A BIG thank you to everyone who participated in our gallery exhibit “While We Sheltered”. This exhibit will long be remembered as an important part of Art Central’s history, commemorating the beauty you all created during this strange pandemic and world crisis of a year. We are here for you and we appreciate you being there for us!
We are delighted to announce the opening of our NEW exhibit “I’ll Take You There”, featuring the art of talented watercolor artist Rosanne Seitz.

Seitz’s latest landscapes are inspired by personal sketches, photos and plein air paintings developed while driving along California’s out-of-the-way backroads. Seitz used these travels to revitalize her mind and body as well as to engage in her passion for painting. Her love for California land, agriculture and farm structures are iconic in her work. Passion, dedication and a reverence for land and agriculture motivate her paintings.
Her award-winning art has been featured in numerous solo exhibits and is included in public and private worldwide collections. She is a frequent guest presenter at art groups and is a Signature member the Central Coast Watercolor Society. She is an active member of San Luis Outdoor Painters for the Environment, (SLOPE), which raises awareness and funds for California’s rural lands, flora and wildlife corridors. She was co-owner of Gallery at the Network, in downtown San Luis Obispo for 15 years.
Please visit our gallery in October or November to discover Rosanne Seitz’s artwork reflecting Central Coast’s quintessential beauty.

Inspiring to see your weekly Virtual Gallery with local artist designs. Enjoy my latest sculpture, “Form Sans Function.” It was a creative adventure to blend a clarinet & horse tack, & then shatter tempered glass inside this orange ‘fused glass sandwich,’ 14” x 25.5” x 7”, 14.5 lb. It’s on display in “Out on a Whim” ‘til Nov 2 at Art Center Morro Bay. Here’s to making art when you can!” Thank you, Larry Le Brane

“Anthony Bourdain was a true storyteller. His enjoyment of breaking bread with people of other cultures was infectious to watch. The connection was real. He is missed.
