Join Certified Zentangle Teacher, Debbie Gedayloo, for an exploration of self-awareness and quieting of the mind through this fascinating method of breath and art. Anyone who can write their name, can utilize this portable, accessible medium. The Zentangle method is not just an art form; it is a self-discovery practice. Students will be introduced to the basics of the method, meditation and the creation of several tiles. The only requirement for participation is a willingness to try something new and to experience one’s self. Newcomers to the Zentangle method, as well as those who have experience, are welcome.
