Buddhist Monks: Life-Drawing Beginners Class
Tuesday August 15th, 1-4pm
Fee: $20 per person
Instructor Kate Moldauer will lead participants through this 3-hour life drawing workshop. Monks will take multiple simple poses of varied lengths of time. All materials included. Bring your enthusiasm! Beginners are welcome, no life drawing experience needed. For adults and mature older children.

Buddhist Monks: Mani Stones for Children
Wednesday August 16th, 11am-1pm
Fee: $10 per child (or adult)
Geared towards children, this workshop explores the practice of bringing beauty and hopefulness to the world by creating a vibrant Mani Stone. Participants will create their own painted stone. Children 8 years old and up welcome. Parents are welcome to stay and participate. Materials are included!

Geared towards children, this workshop explores the practice of bringing beauty and hopefulness to the world by creating a colorful Prayer Flag. Participants will create their own vibrant flag to brighten the day of others. Children 8 years old and up welcome. Parents are welcome to stay and participate. Materials are included!

Reminder for daytime workshops: Our parking lot is fairly small, and we ask participants if it is not a physical hardship to do so, to please park on the street. Pepper Street, 1/2 block north, has free parking.
