Lynn Bacigalupo: Calm & Centering Mandalas

Learn how to draw mandalas, an ancient art of symmetrical patterning used to calm and center the mind. Each class will focus on a particular subject as we explore the corresponding shapes and symbols. A short guided meditation (non-denominational) will be used to add depth to our practice. All levels are welcome, no prior experience needed. Some materials provided. Class materials list on hand at Art Central.
