I don’t get it, but….

California, in its infinite wisdom, has decided to regulate (i.e. outlaw) the sale of gallons of thinners & solvents… so I can’t buy any more.  Doesn’t make any sense to me, but it is what it is!  When my gallons are gone, they’re gone!  The largest size I’ll be able to sell will be 32 oz – so sorry, folks!  The links & other info below…

Volatile organic compound limits and other labeling and regulatory provisions became effective for paint thinners and multi-purpose solvents sold in the State of California as off January 1st of this year.  The following websites may provide you with some of the answers that you are looking for.

The first is for an Enforcement Advisory concerning all of the new limits and provisions that became effective this year.   http://www.arb.ca.gov/enf/advs/advs425.pdf

The second is the actual Consumer Products Regulation which contains all of the definitions, limits, prohibitions, labeling, and other regulatory provisions.
