This year has been a huge challenge – we’ve all had to adapt, overcome and change the way we live on a day-to-day basis. But one thing that hasn’t changed is the overwhelming support of our community.

Many of you have told us how much we mean to you and how important Art Central is to you. You’ve expressed your appreciation for our blog posts, our gallery exhibits and even just keeping our doors open this year. Well, we want to thank you.

We are incredibly thankful for the outpouring of support and love you have shown us for the past 9 years (almost 10!), especially this year when it meant the most.

It’s so heart-warming and we are so grateful.

Thank you all – Etty, Shauna, Chris, Emma, Spencer and Alejo

WELCOME TO THIS WEEK’S VIRTUAL GALLERY!

Our “Virtual Gallery” exhibits have been such a fun way for us to interact with all of you and see what you create, and it has been so gratifying to share your images. Please continue to email us your beautiful creations and we will continue to include them in our blog posts.

“Gratitude Tree” by Rachel Corvese
30″ x 30″ acrylics on canvas

I am grateful for the patience that art teaches me.

“Creation Codex”  by Rachel Corvese
12″ x 12″ acrylics on canvas

Inspired by fellow creators! Musicians, artists, movers, and doers alike. Every time we express, we break open the codex.

“Surrender” by Rachel Corvese
18″ x 24″ oils and egg tempera on canvas
“Mycelium Dreaming” by Rachel Corvese
12″ x 12″ acrylics on canvas

This piece was made with the global visionary art community, through Amanda Sage’s Vision Train. This 24/7 zoom meeting with artists from all over the world has helped me stay focused on art this year. In July many of us participated in a mushroom painting challenge! This was my creation.

“My Grandaughter and fiancé just moved back East and have their first real Fall. I painted this in acrylic 18/24”. Very different than my coastal painting but sometimes you just have to challenge yourself.” Charlene Martyn

Want to participate in our next VIRTUAL GALLERY? Send us images of what you are creating… funny images or quotes, crafts, artwork, custom masks… to include in our next blog. Don’t be shy, send us your works in progress or pieces or crafts you have finished during these last 8 surreal months .
Include with image: your name, artwork title, medium, size, and any short messages you would like to share with our art community at this time! PLEASE don’t reply to this e-mail, images won’t attach! Please
